Once a subscription order is placed and processed, cancellations are not allowed.
If an order is still in processing and has not been delivered, you may contact our support team to check if cancellation is possible.
Orders that have already been delivered via email or WhatsApp cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
If the subscription is not activated within the promised timeframe.
If the subscription credentials provided are incorrect or non-functional.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

If the user provides incorrect contact details, leading to non-receipt of the subscription.
To request a refund, contact our customer support team with proof of issue (screenshots or error messages).
Our team will investigate and process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
If you receive incorrect or non-functional subscription credentials, we will offer a replacement first before considering a refund.
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the credentials.
